Transit Catch Up
Tomorrow marks the first work day that the new Phoenix Metro Light Rail line will be operating in full force. This initial line stretches over 20 miles linking Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. The various stops on the line have over 6.3 million dollars of art installations making the commute that much more enjoyable. This initial line is the longest initial line in the nation. The fifth largest city finally has a transit project that isn’t just lane additions.


Let’s hope it works!
I’m glad to read initial reports that it went well over the weekend. Can’t wait to get back to Phoenix and use it!
