Fixie illuminated
Shout out to my bike bros…Dusty, Jon, and Robert. This fixie has integrated LEDs into the tube of the frame to allow some sort of luminesnce for night time enjoyment. Pretty sweet design but probably not capable of adding enough light to see on its own. Bust or brillaint? I would like to see what the bike pros say about this.

Not sure how effective the lights would be but I like the funky modern/vintage mix up design of the bike. I give it 2 thumbs up!
If I had the cash lying around, I’d buy one.
The brightness of the lights would depend on the LEDs. I have an LED light for night riding that’s crazy bright. And about the same size as that bike’s top tube. I think it could actually be bright enough.
And I dig the clean lines with the single speed freewheel/coaster brake combination. Very nice.
Yeah I like the design too. Although the Brooks leather saddles are not very comfortable, at least the one I had. They look great though. Looks like a great commuter bike, not too expensive either.
I’d be really skeptical on how bright the LED’s would actually be. based on the position of the solar panels and there size. I see the LED’s getting insufficient power to be a bright light. You’d probably be better off buying a good flasher and sticking with your regular bike if you have one. But then again batteries die, forgot your light, and you can never have enough illumination out there. I look like a christmas tree riding down the road and still pee my pants at busy intersections. I’d like to see the lights in action.
Don’t know if this will show up, but this is totally you Jonce!! It’s called the Eco-Challenge and it gives you a brief video on some of it!!
